WE ARE GEEKS / We’re highly spirited, a tad quirky and definitely a bit unconventional. A diverse group of communications experts, willing to admit we totally “geek out” about health, wellness and the complexities of today’s healthcare systems and decisions.

WE ARE EXPLORERS / Looking for the white space.  In an increasingly crowded landscape, conventional thinking and cookie-cutter solutions won’t cut it. It’s why we aren’t afraid of the new and what drives us to find the never before.

WE ARE FUTURISTS / What’s worked in the past isn’t necessarily what will move healthcare forward. And the time to evolve is now. Even in a highly regulated market, there’s always room to create what’s next.

Jane Petrino / Managing Director

Jane leads RXMOSAIC as MD and continues to stay close to the work. She “geeks out” about science – the more complicated the better – and at the same time has a beautiful ability to translate science into creative, compelling communications. She is all about healthcare and a perpetual learner. While Jane started her career in investment banking, she left behind her suits (but not her spreadsheets) and has been leading US and global communications for high science brands ever since.

Michele is a trusted strategic and creative force for her clients, delivering science experience, a keen understanding of health consumers and providers and a deep knowledge of how to leverage mainstream and social media within regulatory guidelines.

Kevin Davidson / Client Leader

Kevin Davidson / Client Leader

Kevin brings nearly 20 years of integrated communications experience to his role at RXMOSAIC, providing strategic counsel, campaign creation and management and advocacy relations to pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer health organizations. Throughout his career, Kevin has acquired an expertise in numerous healthcare categories, including MS, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, allergy, Alzheimer’s disease and health and fitness.

Lisa Talbot / Managing Director

Over her 20-year career, Lisa has led award-winning global and domestic campaigns in pharma, biotech and nonprofit across a variety of therapeutic areas. She has a proven record of driving innovation while tackling complex categories with nuanced healthcare issues. Prior to RXMOSAIC, Lisa co-led Cohn & Wolfe’s healthcare practice. During her 11 years here, she has worked with many of the world’s leading healthcare companies, including Genentech, Bayer, AbbVie, Genzyme, Sanofi, Janssen and GSK.

Kathryn’s passion is in creating integrated consumer health campaigns that educate and motivate audiences to take action.  Kathryn has created award-winning integrated programs for Fortune 500 companies like Pfizer, Teva Neuroscience, Sanofi Pasteur, McNeil Consumer Healthcare, GSK, The Coca-Cola Company, Walmart and Weight Watchers. She has helped pharmaceutical brands navigate the ever-changing traditional and social media landscape and reach audiences with authentic and compelling content.

With RXMOSAIC for over a decade, Erica brings vast experience in female-focused healthcare and OTC brands that impact women’s lives. These include award-winning and business-building programs for Merck, Teva, GSK, Kimberly-Clark and Bayer Consumer Care in contraception, feminine care, fertility, diabetes, energy/nutrition, allergies and heart disease. Her work includes consumer launches with top-tier celebrity talent, local market programs, social media activations and strategic partnerships.

Tessie has a proven record of delivering successful health communications campaigns for some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods companies. She has an affinity for navigating industry-specific challenges, addressing consumer misconceptions and translating complex science for various audiences. Throughout her career, she has cultivated an expertise in data communications, consumer education and issues management.

For more than 14 years, Dana has implemented global and local public relations, marketing, and digital media campaigns for communications agencies, Fortune 500 companies, & global aid organizations across health, tech, consumer, development, government, and energy industries. As an integrated communications expert, Dana thrives in situations where she must innovate to stay ahead of trends & uses her focus on behavioral & psychological insights to drive desired outcomes.

Kim Chen | Vice President

Kim Chen | Vice President

Kim has spent the last decade crafting communications that span therapeutic areas and specialties, including oncology, diabetes, cardiovascular, mental health, sexual health, eye health, medical imaging and diagnostics, Rx-to-OTC switch, biopharmaceuticals and rare diseases. Kim has led both global and US programming for unbranded awareness campaigns, data/regulatory milestones for best-in-class products and corporate reputation initiatives.
